Le trophée Michel Carlhian, qui dote les Internationaux de France U18 garçons, est mis en jeu tous les ans lors du week-end de Pâques, avec une formule alliant qualification en stroke play et phase finale en match play. La Carlhian regroupe chaque année les meilleurs jeunes joueurs européens.
